Nextline is run by me, Jaz Kooner. I've spent my career running the operational engine of a fast-growing, multi-site business: writing its processes, building and testing its systems, and making sure the day-to-day actually works for the people using it.
That is the work Nextline does now, for businesses of every kind. I scope the build, write the specification and quality-control what is delivered. Vetted developer partners write the code. No junior consultants, no slide decks, and you deal with me throughout.
